Connect your data

The goal is simple: no founder should upload anything every month. Connect each source once, and Cass reads the new entries by itself.

Five ways in

Ways to connect, and what each needs from you
WayGood forAfter that
Upload a fileAny sheet, a Tally Day Book export, a bank statementUpload again when you have new entries
Link a live sheetGoogle Sheets, or Excel on OneDriveRead again every night
Connect Zoho BooksCompanies on Zoho BooksRead again every night
Run the Tally helperCompanies on TallyPrimeNew entries sent every hour
Connect an appSwipe, Refrens, Odoo, Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, Stripe, Shopify, KekaRead again every night

All of them are in Settings, Books. Uploads and Zoho Books are also offered when you set up. Bank statements go on the Bank screen.

Read-only, always

Every connection reads; none writes. Cass never edits an entry in Tally, Zoho or your sheet, and never moves money. Keys you paste are stored encrypted with your company's own key.

Books and apps don't count twice

Swipe, Refrens and Odoo are books: their invoices, bills and payments become entries, like Zoho's. Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, Stripe, Shopify and Keka report money your books already hold, so their records are kept beside the books and never added to them. See Payment, store and payroll apps.
