The fix list
The diagnosis as a plan. Each problem and tax date becomes a fix, and each step says what it buys.
Work the plan
- Tick steps as you do them. Your co-founder and CA see the same ticks.
- Mark a fix handled when it's dealt with. It moves to the Handled pile and can be reopened.
- For a short runway, the plan panel shows what the ticked steps would do to the months left.
What each step buys
Worked out from your books: months of runway gained, money kept each month, or interest avoided. Never a guess: if the books can't support a figure, the step has none.
Tidy your books
Things Cass couldn't read or sort on its own join the plan here: an account with no category, entries that don't balance, totals that don't match the source, a service period to confirm. Settle each in place; the diagnosis is read again afterwards.
